Robina Group have officially launched Bohème Apartments as part of its $200 million CityVillage masterplan in Robina next week, following more than $102 million in sales at the community over the last 12 months.

The $30 million boutique development, which was released last Monday (October 13), will feature 52 two and three bedroom apartments over seven levels.

Bohème Apartments will add a vertical element to CityVillage, which has become one of Gold Coast City’s most highly sought after addresses, with previous releases of terrace homes in the community selling out in just 48 hours.

Nestled in a picturesque waterside position, residents will have direct pedestrian access around the central lake to Robina Town Centre.

The striking Bohème building will feature contrasting elements, tying in timber with a monochrome palette, to work harmoniously with the wider CityVillage community, and will be set back from its trendy tree lined streets.

Residents will have access to an exclusive oasis – known as The Common, with a saltwater pool, lush tropical gardens with mature Pandanus trees, turfed sections and barbeque and entertainment areas for relaxation.

Robina Group Director Tony Tippett said the apartments had been carefully designed to create a smart, airy and modern living space, which leads seamlessly to entertainment sized balconies.

“The kitchens will feature ILVE stainless steel Italian appliances and pendant lighting over stone island benches,” he said.

Bohème offers the first apartments to be released in CityVillage, a masterplanned community being developed on a four hectare site, adjoining The Crestway and Christine Avenue, and has been in high demand since it was launched in mid-2013.

“The demand for properties in CityVillage has been huge,” Mr Tippett said.

“The secure and managed, single level living at Bohème will add a whole new dimension to the community and will appeal to buyers looking for a quality home and lifestyle with everything at their doorstep, including those wanting to downsize, first home owners and investors.”

Mr Tippett said the central Robina location was also a drawcard for buyers, with its amenity rich environment in the heart of Gold Coast City.

“Bohème offers residents a walkable lifestyle, with Robina Town Centre’s shopping, dining and entertainment precinct, just 350 metres away,” he said.

“Robina train station and transport hub, Bond University, Robina Hospital and medical precinct, Robina Automall, Cbus Super Stadium, an array of public and private schools and golf courses are also all nearby.

“The central location is obviously a significant criteria for buyers, with immediate access to the M1 and major arterial roads making it easy to reach most of Gold Coast City’s best attractions, as well as Brisbane and northern New South Wales.”

Bohème includes 45 two bedroom apartments, ranging from 87sqm to 129sqm, and seven three bedroom apartments, from 114sqm to 153sqm.

Apartments start from $459,000 for a two bedroom and $499,000 for a three bedroom.
