With a low vacancy of only 6.1 percent and an absorption rate higher than anywhere else in Gold Coast City, developer Robina Group is now pushing ahead with a number of new commercial office projects including The Base, located adjacent to CBDRobina’s landmark 16 level tower The Rocket.
